The hotel location was central I could reach many places by walking. Staff members provided help when needed I found this useful.
The room had thin walls noise easily passed through I could hear the neighbors. The bathroom lacked privacy the door was made of glass.

the location was central, a real plus. i also appreciated the friendly staff. the coffee shop on the ground floor was convenient and offered very tasty coffee and donuts. they cleaned every day and i thought this a plus.
the wall near the bed seemed a strange attempt at sound proofing.

The location was very central. It's close to many popular places. I usually went out for a few hours then returned to the hotel to rest. The building and facilities are relatively new. I liked the interior design of the hotel.
My room was a bit TOO dark. The windows faced an indoor patio, therefore I didn't get much natural light. There are probably nicer rooms but I did not get one.

There is a cafe on the ground floor. Guests can enjoy coffee there between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. A large supermarket is located about four minutes away for additional options.

The hotel is in a great area. It is one minute from the famous Sierpes Street. Many restaurants and shopping stores are right outside the hotel which is nice!

The staff is friendly. They helped me with my check-in process. Cleaning WAS done daily. Someone is always available to help guests, so i was grateful.
